Eligibility Any retired, former, or active duty officer, that has served or is serving in the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Public Health Service, or National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), or the surviving spouse thereof. Membership in the Southern Maine Chapter also requires membership in the National MOAA organization. Individuals that are interested
in
becoming a member in the Southern Maine Chapter that are not already
members
of the National association may apply for membership in both at the
same
time. When we receive a membership form for individuals that are
not members of the National association, we will forward the
appropriate
information on their behalf. Membership

Dues Dues for MOAA National are $27 per year for retired and former officers, and $10 per year for active duty officers. The first year's dues for MOAA National will be waived if an individual is also joining the Southern Maine Chapter at the same time. Dues for the Southern Maine Chapter are currently $15 per year for retired, former, and active duty officers. Dues for the Southern Maine
Chapter
for Auxiliary Members (surviving spouses) are waived.
