CHOICE OF ENTREE:
 
(  ) CIDER ROASTED PORK:  Boneless pork loin slowly cooked in cider with sweet onions and coarse mustard.

(  ) BAKED ATLANTIC SALMON:  Farm raised salmon baked and served with a lemon and caper champagne butter sauce on mixed greens.

(  )  STUFFED EGGPLANT:  Roasted eggplant filled with zucchini, summer squash, tomato, mushrooms and pine nuts, served over sweet potato curls with roasted pepper sauce.

All entrees will be served with warm dinner rolls, whipped butter, coffee (regular and decaffeinated) and tea.
